What Is Your Health Problem? Find out now.

Drugs and Water
Take this serious! If you want to get better, that is.

Have you ever had a health condition that (apparently) defiled science? Do what you may, you could not find a solution?

Case 1# Malaria Malady

You fell ill. It was 'obviously' malaria. But after taking medications, the symptoms still persisted.
What could the problem be?

There are a few conclusions
  • You did not have malaria. It could be that simple.

  • You did not go for medical tests. You thought 'Oh the last time I had malaria, this was exactly how I felt. I had this mild fever and this general weakness. I am having the same feelings now. I don't need to spend money on another medical test. Let me go to the phaormacy and get the same medications.'

  • You took tests but the test result was a false positive. This might have been due to faulty methods or equipment.

  • Finally, the test result correctly said you did not have malaria but you had a strong conviction that it was wrong. The fact that you have had similar symptoms for a previous bout of malaria cemented your faith in another malaria episode . You boldly rejected the test result and got medications for malaria.

Whose fault is it that you are still sick?

Case 2# The Ant Woman

This actually happened.

Cynthia woke up one morning to find out that her elbows and knees were mercilessly itchy.

Taking it for granted, she scratched her elbows and knees. In a space of ten minutes, her body was an eyesore.

About twenty large circular bumps were evident on each elbow and each knee .

Cynthia was a beautiful girl. How could a perfect body become a sore sight in no time?
How was she going to wear a skirt that day?

At the hospital, she was diagnosed with filariasis, a parasitic infectious disease with similar symptoms.

Invermectin was prescribed. She took her medications meticulously yet the symptoms persisted.

What do you think was wrong with her skin?

It was a reaction.

Cynthia slept on two different beds, one at a time.

She discovered that the symptoms appeared when she slept on bed number one but did not appear when she slept on bed number two.

The bed that she was reacting to was an old bed. It must have been contaminated during the long years of use.

On discovering this, she promptly stopped sleeping on it. The itch never occurred again.

What can we learn from these cases?

Case 1#
Always listen to your doctor.

You can always run a second test to confirm the first test result if you are in doubt.

Case 2#
The cause of a health condition might not be glaring.

Take a pause and look around. Relate your different lifestyles to their unique outcomes.

Then you will discover what your problem is!

Everyone has a history of one health problem or the other. What is yours?
