Hair Dandruff That Makes Your Scalp Bleed

Hair dandruff that makes your scalp bleed
Imagine a woman's pride being infected with hair dandruff!

A woman's hair is her pride. The longer and fuller it is, the more it complements her beauty.

Women spend lots of money to make their hair attractive. What happens when this object of attraction  becomes troubled?

This one is a vampire!

Nineteen year old Rita has hair dandruff. What makes her case different is that the dandruff draws blood.

A simple mistake of scratching an itchy scalp covers her hands with blood. Her hair gets really smelly if she wears a weave for a few weeks.

And this started only recently . What could have caused a healthy and shiny hair to degrade in such matter?

Hair dandruff is harmless

Hair dandruff is a harmless (until it draws blood) skin condition that causes dry scaly materials to form clusters on the scalp.

In reality, it is usually due to an overgrowth of harmless yeast.

In some people, the yeast starts to feed on the excess oil and dead skin cells on the scalp causing the skin cells to shed more frequently and clump into flakes.

What causes hair dandruff?

Extreme weather, infrequent use of shampoo, dry skin, sensitivity to hair products, skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema are the main culprits.

Symptoms of dandruff include itchy and flaky scalp, hair loss, swollen and reddish scalp.

How can you get rid of dandruff?

Hair dandruff can be controlled. Shampoo frequently with anti-dandruff shampoo, reduce stress levels, eat a healthy diet.

Contact a dermatologist if it persists.
A natural remedy could be washing the hair with a mixture of cucumber juice, native black soap and warm water.
